We are based in Germany and we ship worldwide. We try our best to get your orders to you as fast as possible and in mint condition.
Shipping Costs: If you want to know the shipping costs for a specific amount of records, please fill your shopping cart and choose a country as shipping destination. The shipping costs are then calculated automatically. This way you can see how much shipping costs BEFORE placing an order.
For a large number of records, the automatic calculation of shipping costs does not make sense. In that case, we will calculate the cheapest shipping ourselves and get back to you after you have placed your order.
Faulty / Incorrect Items: We will replace any faulty item free of charge. Please contact the Customer Support and we will promptly get back to you. We will mostly ask you to return the faulty item(s), but you will be reimbursed for your return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
Shipping time: We're always packing and shipping orders within three working days. Please consider that we're not responsible for the shipping time. Inside Germany you normally should have your items within a week after placing your order. European orders can sometimes take two weeks depending on the service of DHL. Non-European international orders mostly need two to four weeks - in exceptional cases it could take up to eight weeks until they arrive.
You can pay via Paypal (+ fees), (international) bank transfer (no fees) and credit card (via Paypal). If you don't want to pay by bank transfer and you don't have a Paypal account, we suggest to ask a friend who has a Paypal account to help you. This is always the safest possibility for both you and us.
